Image Fig. SETTINGS / Surround lighting with Switch-off delay function in the display and function keys

On your display you will see the symbol and below it a bar on which the current setting displayed as well as a field in which the coming-home illumination time for the headlights is also indicated in seconds.

-Turn the central rotary/push knob to specify the period during which the headlights and the lights in the exterior mirrors should remain on after the vehicle doors are locked.

The setting can be changed in 30-second steps from 30 to a maximum of 180 seconds. Turn anti-clockwise to reduce the period and clockwise to increase it. Turning the knob anti-clockwise to its stop switches off the function.
-Confirm your changes by pressing the central rotary/push knob.
You will return to the initial screen SETTINGS.

  Note
Instead of pressing the central rotary push/knob, you can also press the function key Confirm to confirm the setting for the coming-home illumination period.

  Note
The switch-off delay function will be switched off automatically once the set time is over or the ignition is switched on.
