AC stands for Air Conditioning. The air conditioning system is a combined cooling and heating system which offers the greatest possible comfort in every season.
In this menu, you can perform all adjustments affecting the temperature and blower direction and blower power of the vehicle interior. The vehicle's air conditioning system is divided into four zones so that the driver and the three passengers can individually adjust the air conditioning settings.
Those functions which are used most often can be found in the air conditioning block. They include the temperature setting, the automatic mode, defrosting the windscreen and side windows, the recirculation mode and the rear window heating.
The air conditioning block is located directly above the display.
In the initial display for the air conditioning system settings you will the air conditioning functions which are used most often such as the settings for blower direction and blower power for the driver and front passenger areas as well as the ECON function, which is used to switch the energy-saving mode on and off.
Under Other functions you can call up the automatic recirculation regulation,solar ventilation and the functions of the auxiliary heating as well as set the temperature for the two rear zones.

Note
If you have already made changes in the air conditioning section during the current trip, pressing the menu key AC brings up the screen in which you last made changes. In this case, you can return to the initial air conditioning screen by pressing the function key Back.
