- | Press this function key to display data concerning distance travelled, travel time, average speed and fuel consumption based on the selected destination of route guidance. |
An illustration will appear in the display: |
Initial screen of on-board computer with data and function keys when To destination is selected. |
The destination appears at the top middle of the display. The destination is automatically taken from the navigation system.
Under it, there are two vertical bars which reduce in size during the journey, giving an impression of the distance remaining to be travelled.
The left bar indicates the remaining travel time to the destination. To the left of the bar, you will see the departure time and above it, the estimated time of arrival.
The right bar indicates in kilometres the remaining distance to the destination.
You will find a column with further information on the right-hand side of the display.
The top number in this column indicates the average speed since the beginning of the trip.
Beneath it you will find, from top to bottom, information about the average fuel consumption since the start of the trip (in litres per 100 km), the distance that you can travel with the remaining fuel and the current fuel consumption (likewise in litres per 100 km).
The bottom number in this column indicates the driving time since the beginning of the trip.
Note
If a rest lasts longer than two hours, the system determines a new departure time as of when travel is resumed.
Note
When the selected destination is reached, the data in the centre of the display remains "frozen" until you
- start your next trip,
- enter a new destination in navigation or
- manually reset the display.
In contrast, the data in the column on the right-hand side of the display will continue to be updated.
